beautiful trust

tonight i ate dinner with brittany. it seems so long ago that she was my RA. =)
it was such a blessing to see her waiting for God to fulfill his promises in her life.
knowing her pain as she is obedient isn't my favorite, but there is something truly beautiful about willingness to do whatever God may ask.
trust is something God is continually asking of me. of those around me.
part of me wishes it was a one-time lesson.
but instead God makes it the continuous journey of always needing him-which is exactly where i DO want to be.

lord, help my unbelief. help me to trust.
